State + Local + Education (SLED) — early access
State, county, and city contracts — coming as a $49/mo add-on.
Federal contracts are about $750B/yr. State, local, and education spending is roughly 3× that — $2T+/yr, with ~70% of those RFPs accessible via free or aggregator APIs. We’re building a SLED add-on for existing Ultraria subscribers at $49/mo and as a $79/mo standalone for non-federal buyers.

What we’re aggregating
- State procurement portals (CalProcure CA, Texas SmartBuy, NY OGS, FL DMS, IL BidBuy, etc.)
- BidNet member agencies and DemandStar municipal listings
- OpenGov Procurement and Bonfire vendor-side feeds (free)
- Cooperative purchasing (Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, TIPS-USA) — back-door into state/local for federal SMBs
- State DOT, school district, and water-district public-works RFPs
How the add-on tier works
If you’re already a paid Ultraria subscriber, it’ll be a $49/mo add-on with a 30-day free trial when it ships. The add-on extends your existing NAICS / set-aside / dollar-range filters to include state and local opportunities — same daily digest format, new feed.
Standalone subscribers (no federal) can subscribe at $79/mo for national SLED coverage. Cheaper regional plans by state are also on the roadmap.
Timeline
Aggregating 50+ state portals and a few hundred municipalities is real engineering — we estimate 4–6 weeks of focused build, plus 4 weeks of in-production tuning. Our public ETA is Q3 2026; we’ll email everyone on this list at least 14 days before launch with early-bird pricing.
In the meantime, start federal alerts free and we’ll roll you into the early-bird SLED tier when it launches.
