About
We built Ultraria because the existing options were either too expensive, or not built at all.
The federal government directs roughly 23% of $700B+ in annual contracting toward small business through programs like 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, and SDVOSB. Those contracts are publicly listed. Finding the right ones isn’t. SAM.gov publishes thousands of notices a week with limited filtering, and the platforms built to handle that volume run $12,000 to $42,000 a year — pricing fitted to a 200-person prime, not a 10-person shop.
If you can't see the number on the homepage, the product isn't built for small business.
Cancel should take 30 seconds
If we're not earning the monthly fee, we'd rather you leave than feel trapped.
Honest claims, every line
If a feature isn't built yet, it doesn't go in the marketing copy. No exceptions.

What we do
One tool, one job. Every weekday before 7 AM ET we scan SAM.gov, match new opportunities to your NAICS codes, set-asides, and keywords, deduplicate against what you’ve already seen, and email you a focused digest with one-click links to each full posting.
No
What we don’t do
No proposal writing. No contract brokering. No teaming-partner marketplace. No cut of your awards. No sales team you have to call before buying. Plans start at $29/mo, cancel from your dashboard in 30 seconds, and we’re profitable at that price.
Why we exist
The gap between free and $42,000 a year is where most small contractors live.
They lose contracts to information friction, not to better proposals. A focused, fairly-priced alerts service should not be a hard product to find. We’re surprised it took this long for someone to build it cleanly.
$0
Manual SAM.gov
Works, but consumes 30–60 minutes a day and you still miss things.
You are here
$29–$149
Ultraria
Plain pricing, daily digest, cancel anytime. Built for the 1–50-employee firm.
$12K–$42K
Enterprise platforms
Heavy capture-management suites. Right for primes with full BD teams.
Who Ultraria is for
U.S. small businesses, 1–50 employees
Already registered in SAM.gov with an active UEI
Often holding at least one set-aside designation: WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), or general SBA small business
With a defined NAICS-code range they bid on (typically 1–8 codes)
Currently either paying for an enterprise platform that’s overkill, or doing the daily SAM.gov grind themselves
Who Ultraria is not for
Large prime contractors with full BD teams and existing enterprise-platform seats — we’re below your floor
Businesses not yet registered in SAM.gov — start there first; the SBA has guides for that
Anyone looking for proposal-writing help — we deliberately stay out of that market
What we promise
Four promises. In writing.
We’d rather lose a customer to honesty than keep one with a footnote. These are the four lines we’ll never blur.
01
Plain pricing
Plans from $29/mo. No upsells. No contract. The number on the pricing page is the number you pay.
02
Honest claims
If we say we scan 2,000 listings a day, we scan 2,000 listings a day. If a feature isn’t built yet, we don’t put it in the marketing copy.
03
Frictionless cancel
Cancel from your dashboard in 30 seconds. No phone call. No retention questionnaire. If we’re not earning the monthly fee, we’d rather you leave.
04
No fabricated testimonials
When you see a customer quote on this site, it’s a real customer who gave us explicit permission. Until then — placeholders, clearly labeled.
